It was a great pleasure working with Donna from Cherishing Childhood; she worked with our team at 1st Place to help them develop their practice in specific areas.  Donna worked across three sites, observing and giving insightful and constructive feedback. This support was followed up with small group training and a whole day training session for the whole team from across three sites. 


We found Donna's support was given in a sensitive and responsive way with staff at different levels of experience.  We are looking forward to working with Donna in the future to continue developing our staff and the service to children.
